Ένα σημαντικό ζήτημα, με το οποίο θα τεθεί αντιμέτωπη η δημοτική Αρχή της Ηλιούπολης, και σχετίζεται με τη δημόσια περιουσία, έθεσε με ερώτηση του στη διάρκεια του τελευταίου δημοτικού συμβουλίου, ο επικεφαλής της δημοτικής παράταξης «Η Πόλη που θέλω» Γαβριήλ Αραμπατζής.

Tο θέμα αφορά στην κατάργηση της βεβαίωσης μη οφειλής του τέλους ακίνητης περιουσίας (ΤΑΠ) για τις συναλλαγές ακινήτων. Βάσει νόμου (άρθρο 24 παρ.18, του ν.2130/1993), για την υπογραφή συμβολαίου αγοραπωλησιών ακινήτων ήταν απαραίτητη η βεβαίωση ΟΤΑ περί μη οφειλής ΤΑΠ. Αυτό, όπως ανέφερε ο κ. Αραμπατζής, «ήταν το όπλο προάσπισης και προστασίας της δημόσιας περιουσίας», ωστόσο η συγκεκριμένη παράγραφος του νόμου έχει καταργηθεί από τις 24 Μαρτίου 2022. Αντιθέτως προβλέπεται, ότι σε περίπτωση αδυναμίας έκδοσης βεβαίωσης ΤΑΠ, ο μεταβιβάζων ή ο αγοραστής μπορεί να καταβάλει σε συμβολαιογράφο ποσοστό 3 τοις χιλίοις επί της αξίας πώλησης του ακινήτου και στη συνέχεια να αποδίδεται αυτό το ποσό στο δήμο. Η κατάργηση της έκδοσης βεβαίωσης ΤΑΠ μπορεί να ανοίξει τον Ασκό του Αιόλου και να επιτρέψει αγοραπωλησίες σε ακίνητα που βρίσκονται σε διεκδικούμενες περιοχές του δήμου. Ο κ. Αραμπατζής ζήτησε από την δημοτική Αρχή ενημέρωση και διεξαγωγή συζήτησης για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα, ενώ επί τη ευκαιρία, ζήτησε εξηγήσεις και για το πάρκο Μπέλες, στην περιοχή της Αγίας Μαρίνας, το οποίο από ένας πνεύμονας πρασίνου, έχει αποψιλωθεί από δέντρα και όπως είπε ο ίδιος «έχει γίνει με δική σας ευθύνη, ένα απέραντο εργοτάξιο».

Ο Δήμαρχος της πόλης μας αποφάσισε να ασχοληθεί και με την εξωτερική πολιτική αναρτώντας τη σημαία της Παλαιστίνης στο Δημαρχείο.
Δε δόθηκε καμία εξήγηση σχετικά με τη λογική αυτής της πράξης και ποια συμφέροντα της Ηλιούπολης εξυπηρετεί αυτή η κίνηση.
Ο Δήμαρχος καλό θα ήταν να ασχοληθεί με τα προβλήματα της πόλης και να αφήσει την εξωτερική πολιτική. Ας βρει άλλους τρόπους να γίνει διάσημος στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης. Η επαναστατική γυμναστική και η κάθοδος στην κεντρική πολιτική σκηνή δεν πρέπει να γίνεται σε βάρος της πόλης.
Θα θέλαμε να του υπενθυμίσουμε ότι κινήσεις τέτοιας σοβαρότητας θα πρέπει να τις γνωστοποιεί πρώτα στο Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο και να εμφανίζονται όλα τα στοιχειά επιστολές, έγγραφα που έχουν σταλεί από τον Παλαιστίνιο Πρέσβη. Επίσης, θα πρέπει να ληφθεί υπόψη ότι η διπλωματική αντιπροσωπεία της Παλαιστίνης, στις 21 Μαΐου έκανε στροφή 180° από τις αρχικές θέσεις, αποστέλλοντας επιστολή στην οποία εξέφρασε την ευγνωμοσύνη της για τη δήλωση του Υπουργού Εξωτερικών κου Δένδια μετά τη συνάντηση του με τον Παλαιστίνιο Πρωθυπουργό.
Κύριε Δήμαρχε, ας αφήσουμε λοιπόν την εξωτερική πολιτική σε αυτούς που γνωρίζουν καλύτερα και ας ασχοληθούμε με τα προβλήματα της πόλης μας που συσσωρεύονται.

Συνελήφθησαν 26χρονος αλλοδαπός για διακίνηση και 27χρονος ημεδαπός για κατοχή ακατέργαστης κάνναβης στην περιοχή της Ηλιούπολης

Κατασχέθηκαν -8,5- κιλά ακατέργαστης κάνναβης

Συνελήφθησαν, μεσημβρινές ώρες της 4-5-2022 στην Ηλιούπολη, από αστυνομικούς του Τμήματος Ασφαλείας Ηλιούπολης, 26χρονος αλλοδαπός και 27χρονος ημεδαπός για παράβαση της νομοθεσίας περί εξαρτησιογόνων ουσιών. Επιπρόσθετα ο 26χρονος κατηγορείται για πλαστογραφία.

Στο πλαίσιο διερεύνησης πληροφοριών αναφορικά με άτομο που αποθηκεύει και διακινεί μεγάλες ποσότητες ακατέργαστης κάνναβης στην Ηλιούπολη, συγκροτήθηκε ειδική ομάδα αστυνομικών για την ταυτοποίηση και τον εντοπισμό του.

Μετά από έρευνα, εντοπίστηκε ο 26χρονος να κινείται με το αυτοκίνητό του στην Ηλιούπολη, στο οποίο επέβαινε και ο 27χρονος. Κατά τον έλεγχο που τους πραγματοποιήθηκε, ο 26χρονος επέδειξε πλαστό δελτίο ταυτότητας και οδηγήθηκαν στο Τμήμα Ασφαλείας Ηλιούπολης.

Σε έρευνα που επακολούθησε στην οικία του 26χρονου, βρέθηκαν και κατασχέθηκαν -8,5- κιλά ακατέργαστης κάνναβης και ηλεκτρονική ζυγαριά, ενώ στην οικία του 27χρονου βρέθηκε ποσότητα κάνναβης βάρους 1,7 γραμμαρίων.

Οι συλληφθέντες, οδηγήθηκαν στον κ. Εισαγγελέα Πλημμελειοδικών Αθηνών.
